Tocobo Cica Calming Aqua Toner, a soothing toner with centella, moisturizes, restores the hydrolipidic film, and restores optimal pH balance after cleansing.  The formula is based on a fermented CICA complex , an ingredient with soothing and restorative properties. Centella asiatica extract and its derivatives reduce skin reactivity, reduce irritation, and relieve itching and redness. It also strengthens blood vessels and reduces swelling, making it effective in preventing rosacea.

 This product contains a Multi-Hyaluronic Complex of 8 hyaluronic acids with varying molecular weights. High-molecular-weight molecules restore the skin's protective barrier. They help smooth wrinkles and fine lines and reduce flaking. Low-molecular-weight molecules have high penetrating properties, preventing moisture loss at the cellular level.
